  14. Motorola introduced a 14.4 kbps fax/data modem in India.
  15. They called it Fastalk Plus but this product is not
  16. mentioned in Motorola's home page. We found it much
  17. inferior to Fastalk II and it was unable to detect busy
  18. tone eventhough the appropriate modem strings were given.

  20. The speaker volume is very very low and one will not
  21. hear any ringing or busy tones.
  22.  
  23. We are unable to get proper technical support in India.
  24. Could anyone provide some email addresses of Motorola's
  25. support where I can expect proper reply ?
